A miniature Burger with Cheese and garnished with lettuce, tomato and onion. Also with
caramelized onions and gorgonzola and Apple-Smoked Bacon and Sharp Cheddar. We can also offer Guacamole Burgers. Prices vary.
Tenderloin of Beef
Sliced Tenderloin served with Horseradish Sauce or can be wrapped around crisp Asparagus and served with Basil Mayonnaise.
Tenderloin of Beef on Artichoke Croustades
A toasted Croustade is topped with an Artichoke Puree, Parmesan Cheese and slices of Beef Tenderloin.
Wedding Biscuits
A flaky yeast Biscuit filled with Black Forest Ham, Dijon Mustard and Brie Cheese.
